Using EMDR, CBT, and Mindfulness therapeutic modalities I have helped thousands of people remove the barriers that prevent them from finding the change in their lives that gives them back hope for a better tomorrow. Trauma comes in many forms, large and small; it is the traumas of our lives that create the pain, which prevents us from having a full and rich life experience. With the use of EMDR, CBT, and Mindfulness therapy people find relief from their past, and can finally move forward to the life they have always wanted. That is my goal, to help as many people as possible remove the pain, realize their hope, and experience positive change.
